Dr. Farrell, DNP, PMHNP-BC, began her career as a Fulbright Scholar, where she conducted research on traditional medicine in Sochi, Russia. She presented her work at the United States Embassy in Moscow, highlighting cross-cultural perspectives in healthcare and integrative practice. Following the completion of her grant, she attended New York University (NYU). She went on to complete a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. She then completed her doctorate at the University of San Diego, California, with a focus on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care. Dr. Farrell has a passion for working with the Veteran, Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorder populations. In 2023, Dr. Farrell finished CIIS training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. In 2025, Dr. Farrell was amongst some of the first providers in Colorado and in the country to be licensed as a psilocybin facilitator.
